The story was written by Brian Pulido with artwork by Steven Hughes. Lettering was provided by Ronald Cruz and the story was edited by Dan Danko. The cover art was composed by Eric Mache. This issue shipped with a December, 1991 cover date and carries a cover price of $2.50 per copy (US).
