Eva Moore was the mother of Olivia Moore and Evan Moore. She was unaware of the true nature of the incident that turned Olivia into a zombie, and thought that she was suffering from some form of post-traumatic stress following a harrowing incident at a boat party. Eva supported Olivia's relationship with her then-fiancé, Major Lilywhite, and was quite upset when Liv broke off the engagement.
