Biography[]
Emma Chapman was a radio newscaster for KDED, based out of Los Angeles County in the early 1980s. In May, 1981, she sponsored a commercial about a t-shirt contest, and then went in with the top story gripping the Venice area, which was the escape of psychopathic killer Russ Thorn, who was responsible for murdering five people in1969.
