Elton Lewis is a fictional judge and a minor recurring character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is associated with the Daredevil line of titles and first appeared in Daredevil #3 in August, 1964 in a story called "The Owl, Ominous Overlord of Crime!"
Biography[]
Elton Lewis was an elderly man who worked as a court judge in New York City. Of the many cases he presided over, one involved sending Leland Owlsley, aka The Owl to prison. Judge Lewis eventually retired, but Owlsley never forgot about him. [1]
The Owl kidnapped Lewis and took him to a remote island. He was rescued by Daredevil, who had him on top of the Owl's owl-ship when he forced it to crash-land. [2]
