Elizabeth Gornig is a fictional murder victim and a minor character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is associated with the character of werewolf Jack Russell and first appeared in flashback in Werewolf by Night #15 in March, 1974 in a story called "Death of a Monster!"
Biography[]
Elizabeth Gornig was a young red-haired woman from Transylvania, Romania. Unfortunately for her, Elizabeth also exercised poor judgment and picked the worst night to decide to walk home in the dark.
The vampire lord Dracula, feeling a tad peckish, descended upon Elizabeth in bat form. He fed upon her blood, and left her for dead.
