Eleri Flanagan is a fictional British civilian and a minor character featured on the science fiction television series Torchwood. She made a single appearance in episode 1x03, "Ghost Machine" in 2006. She was played by actress Llinos Daniel.
Biography[]
Eleri Flanagan was the daughter of Tom Flanagan and lived with her aging father at their home in Butetown in Cardiff, Wales. Torchwood investigators Gwen Cooper and Owen Harper came to their residence to speak with Tom Flanagan. Eleri let her inside and introduced her to her father.
