The Elders of the Universe are a fictional organization featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. They first appeared in The Avengers, Volume 1 #28 in May, 1966. Members of the Elders have also appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Overview[]
The Elders of the Universe are ancient beings who evolved following the explosion of the Big Bang event. Each member of the Elders of the Universe represent the last of their respective races. Immortal beings, the Elders are not only the last of their own kind, but they have outlived the existence of the galaxies that birthed them.
