Eddie Paskey is an American actor and stunt performer best known for his work on the original 1960s television series Star Trek. He was originally introduced in the first regular episode of the series, "The Man Trap", playing a character named Lieutenant Ryan, but Paskey has made recurring appearances throughout the remainder of the show as Lieutenant Ed Leslie - a minor character, who is usually only seen in the background. Paskey also doubled for William Shatner in several episodes. In total, Eddie Paskey made fifty-nine appearances on Star Trek.
Archival footage of Paskey's character from "The Trouble With Tribbles" was incorporated into the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Trials and Tribble-ations".
