Eat Brains Love is an American independent feature film of the comedy and zombie outbreak subgenres of horror. It was directed by Rodman Flender with a script written by Mike Herro and David Strauss. It was produced by DiGa Studios and Gunpowder & Sky. It premiered at FrightFest in the United Kingdom on August 25th, 2019. It was screened in the United States at the Screamfest Horror Film Festival on October 8th, 2019. It opened to limited theatrical release in the U.S. on February 14th, 2020. Nothing says Valentine's Day like enjoying a nice bowl full of fresh brains.
Plot[]

Amanda is ready to chompa-chompa!
In a suburban Pennsylvania town, a zombie virus begins spreading through the student body of a public high school. An intellectually deficient loser named Jake Stephens witnesses the hot cheerleader girl Amanda Blake turn into a flesh-eating monster and attack another student. Chaos ensues, and through the course of things Jake and Amanda team-up so they can get away. Jake gets infected as well and survives a gunshot wound to the chest. They learn that they are able to maintain some measure of their humanity, but the hunger for human flesh gnawing at them.

Jake goes for the sweet meats.
To counter this incident and other similar events, a government task force specially designed for just such a situation responds to the calamity. The task force employees psychics to mentally track zombies so that they can capture them and secretly turn them into a slave labor force.
Young psychic Cass makes a mental connection with Jake and finds herself completely smitten with him. Her infatuation with Jake makes her realize that they people she works for are not as moralistic as she was once led to believe. Cass continues to keep tabs on Jake and Amanda's activities, but as the two neophyte zombies begin their own romantic relationship, Cass must decided whether her interest in Jake is worth sabotaging her career.
