Earth II is a fictional location featured in the Friday the 13th multimedia franchise. It first appeared in the 2002 feature film Jason X. At some point in the far future, the planet Earth became uninhabitable, thus prompting a forced migration to settle a new world. This led Earth's survivors to colonize and terraform a new planetary body which they dubbed Earth II. By the 25th century, Earth II is still a viable planet (or moon), with a thriving ecosystem.
