Dale University[]


Dan White[]

Dan White was a businessman who received a promotion that required him to relocate to South America. He was engaged to marry a nurse named Diana Prince, but unfortunately, Diana did not have enough money to follow him on this venture. The superhero known as Wonder Woman took note of the physical similarities between Diana and herself and offered to pay her way in exchange for allowing her to assume her name as a cover identity while she was gone. (Sensation Comics 1)


Darius Droobe[]

Darius Droobe was a cranky and miserly old man who was on the verge of dying. He intended on taking all of his immense wealth with him, leaving nothing to his heirs. An ambitious nephew named Ambrose tried to blackmail Darius into surrendering an inheritance to him.

Johnny Quick managed to cater to Droobe's better nature, and as a result, Droobe allowed him to distribute his wealth among those who he had wronged in the past. (More Fun Comics 101)

Diana Prince[]

Diana Prince

Diana Prince was a young woman with dark hair. She worked as a nurse in Washington, D.C., and was engaged to marry a man named Dan White. When Dan accepted a new job promotion, he was required to relocate to South America. Diana however, did not have enough money to follow him however, and her dreams of marriage seemed to be fading away.

Wonder Woman found Diana Prince sitting on the steps outside where she worked. She listened to Diana's tale of woe and took note of the fact that the two bore a strong resemblance to one another. Wonder Woman needed a means by which she could operate in the country with an alias, so she offered to finance Diana's travel to South America in exchange for allowing her to assume her identity. Diana Prince had no reservation about surrendering her credentials and happily agreed to the proposition.

She took the money that Wonder Woman offered her and went to South America. What became of Diana Prince following this affair is unknown. From that point forward however, Princess Diana used the name Diana Prince as her human alias. (Sensation Comics 1)

Drake[]

Judge Drake

Judge Drake was an elderly man who lived in Gotham City. During his career, he once sent a man known as the Joker to prison. When the Joker got out, he swore revenge against Drake. He issued a public threat over the radio, announcing that he would kill the judge at exactly 10:00 pm. Judge Drake ordered in-house protection courtesy of the Gotham City Police Department. The Joker ambushed the police chief and trussed him up in the cellar. He then disguised himself as the chief and played a game of cards with the judge. At the stroke of 10:00, the Joker revealed himself to Drake and the judge fell over dead, having already been injected with the Joker's poison. (Batman 1)
