Earth-131159 is a reality designation that relates to a futuristic alternative timeline. When Betty Ross visited the child psychic, Ellie Bennett, in her home in Annapolis, Maryland, Ellie gave her a precognitive vision of a scene of massive violence taking place in New York City in this reality.
Later, the Red She-Hulk encountered the Man-Thing, and interacted with the Nexus of All Realities, which brought this future world into existence.
