Biography[]

Wu was a police sergeant who worked for the Portland Police Bureau in Portland, Oregon.

When Nick Burkhardt was first awakened to his calling as a Grimm, it was quite a shock for him. After seeing an angry perp named Cecil in his true form, he was so distracted that he nearly collided with Sergeant Wu in a corridor. [1]

Sergeant Wu was one of the first officers to respond to a breaking and entering at 1534 Wilder Road, which was the home of the Rabe family. When the case evolved to include a missing person and possible homicide, detectives Nick Burkhardt and Hank Griffin were called in to interview the Rabes. Sergeant Wu was surprised to see them show up at the crime scene. [2]

Sergeant Wu was a first responder at a bizarre death that occurred aboard a Portland street car. Detectives arrived on the scene to find passenger Serena Dunbrook dead of apparent anaphylactic shock. Sergeant Wu bet Nick Burkhardt twenty-dollars that no foul play was involved. A brief cursory examination proved otherwise however, and Burkhardt told Wu to "pay up". [3]

Notes & Trivia[]

  • Although Reggie Lee is one of the billed cast members of the series, Sergeant Wu actually plays a very minimal role in the show.
