Dreadbuster armor is a fictional armor featured in comic book stories published by Marvel Comics. It first appeared in Iron Man, Volume 1 #246 in September, 1989.
Description & History[]
The Dreadbuster armor was a mecha-suit of armor piloted by a human agent that stood approximately fifteen feet tall. It was designed by Advanced Idea Mechanics and was built primarily as a foil against HYDRA's Dreadnought robots.
An agent of A.I.M., who referred to himself as Dreadbuster One, piloted the armor and fought up against Iron Man. [1]
Another Dreadbuster was seen fighting off a squadron of Dreadnoughts in the midst of an A.I.M./HYDRA truce shortly thereafter. [2]
