Dr. Strange is an American television movie of the supernatural drama and superhero fantasy genres. It is based on the Doctor Strange line of comic book titles published by Marvel Comics. The film was written and directed by Philip DeGuere. It was produced by Universal Television and first aired on CBS on September 6th, 1978. The movie stars Peter Hooten in the role of physician-turned-sorcerer Doctor Stephen Strange, with Clyde Kusatsu as his mentor, Wong, and Jessica Walter as the film's antagonist, Morgan LeFay.
