Doyle was a supporting character featured in the science fiction television series Andromeda. Played by actress Brandy Ledford, she first appeared the third episode of season five titled "Phear Phactor Phenom". She appeared in a total of twenty episodes throughout the remainder of the series. Her final appearance was in the series finale, "The Heart of the Journey (Part 2)". The character of Doyle was an android created by Andromeda 's chief engineer Seamus Harper. She also served as the A.I. for the ship, replacing their standard avatar Rommie, who had been temporarily inactive.
