Dorothy Spinner is a fictional metahuman and a supporting character featured in comic books published by DC Comics. She is associated with the Doom Patrol line of titles and first appeared in Doom Patrol, Vol. 2 #14 in November, 1988. A version of the character also appeared on the live-action Doom Patrol television series where she was played by actress Abigail Shapiro.

Unlike the comics, this Dorothy Spinner was the daughter of Niles Caulder and a Neanderthal woman named Oyewah.
