Dorothy was the maternal aunt of Sarah Engel and Linda Jackson. She was a middle-aged, overweight obnoxious woman who had no appreciation for boundaries and was never afraid to speak her mind, no matter how insensitive or hurtful it might be. She also had a bit of a drinking problem. In December of 2015, Aunt Dorothy came to the Engel residence to spend Christmas dinner. As expected, she was extremely judgmental of her niece Sarah, criticizing her household and her cooking. After dinner, she promised to show her grand-nieces and nephews how to make peppermint schnapps. That evening, the Engel household was terrorized by the minions of the dark spirit of Christmas known as the Krampus. Aunt Dorothy proved quite capable of defending herself however, and took up a shotgun to use against a deranged teddy bear and a macabre Christmas angel. She was overwhelmed by a horde of dark elves, but due to the actions of her great-nephew Max, the forces of evil were driven away and everything returned to normal. Somewhat. (Krampus)
