Doom Patrol headquarters is a fictional super-team base of operations featured in comic books published by DC Comics. It is the headquarters of the original 1960s era misfit adventurers known as the Doom Patrol.
Description[]
The headquarters of the misfit hero team the Doom Patrol was originally a mansion residence owned by scientist Niles Caulder. It was located in Midway City in the U.S. state of Michigan. Many rooms of the building were converted to suit the needs of the team, including a cellar laboratory where Caulder perfected his various inventions.
There are many sub-levels to the headquarters. The bottom level is a hangar area with multiple types of aircraft, including two airplanes and at least one helicopter. [2]
History[]
When the Bug Man sent his giant robot insects to kill the Doom Patrol, a giant mechanized carpenter ant began gnawing its way through the corner of the building. [3]
An angst-ridden green-skinned boy named Garfield Logan used his fantastic shape-shifting talents to break into Doom Patrol headquarters and did a substantial amount of vandalism to the main living area. He did this in order to show off his ability in the hopes that they would allow him to join the team. His arrogance and cocky attitude didn't win him any friends within the group however, and Robotman took to calling him "Beast-Boy". [4]
Doom Manor[]
Doom Manor was an isolated mansion structure featured on the live-action Doom Patrol television series on the DC Universe streaming service. It was owned by Doctor Niles Caulder and was located near the city of Cloverton in Ohio.
