The Dodds estate is a fictional building featured in comic books published by DC Comics. It is associated with the character of Wesley Dodds - the Golden Age Sandman, as well as his future teammates in the Justice Society of America. It first appeared in Adventure Comics #40 in July, 1939. It made recurring appearances in the Vertigo series Sandman Mystery Theatre, which took place in the 1930s and 1940s, and was also prominent in JSA, Volume 1, where it served as the headquarters for the modern incarnation of the JSA.

- The master bedroom at the Dodds estate had a secret panel that led down into an underground laboratory. This was Wesley Dodds' more spartan version of a Batcave, and is where he maintained his costume, as well as the chemicals he used to process his patented sleeping gas. [1]
