"The Armageddon Factor (Part 1)" is the first part of "The Armageddon Factor" storyline, which ran through episodes 21-26 in series sixteen of the 1960s British television series Doctor Who. The episodes originally aired on BBC1 from January 20th to February 24th, 1979. It was directed by Michael Hayes and written by Bob Baker and Dave Martin. The serial stars Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor and Mary Tamm as his companion, Romana I.
