"Deliver Us from Evil" is the title to the sixty-second issue of the second Doctor Strange comic book series, published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by Roger Stern with artwork by Steve Leialoha, who also composed the cover art illustration to this issue. It was colored by Bob Sharen with lettering provided by Jim Novak. The story was edited by Carl Potts. This issue shipped with a December, 1983 cover date, and carries a cover price of 60 cents per copy (US).

- This issue is reprinted in the Doctor Strange versus Dracula: The Montesi Formula trade paperback, which was released in 2006.
- At the time of publication, all vampires on Earth were simultaneously destroyed. However, later stories reversed the effects of the Montesi Formula, enabling some like Dracula and Lilith Drake to return.
- Apparent death of Dracula.
- Apparent death of Lilith Drake.
- Final appearance of Harold H. Harold; dies in this issue.
- Because Hannibal King never drank human blood, he was able to temporarily stave off the effects of the Montesi Formula. A blood transfusion, performed by Stephen Strange, enables him to survive.
