Dickey Beer is a film stunt performer born in the Netherlands. His first work in the science fiction genre was playing several characters in the 1983 film Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. He played the Klatooinian desert skiff guard Barada. He played a Rebel Alliance soldier named Junkin. He played a Biker scout and he also worked as a stunt double for both Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett) and Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill).

In 1983, Dickey Beer did stunt work for the live-action comic book film Superman III. He also worked on the fantasy film Krull at this time.

In 1984, Dickey Beer worked on the sci-fi film Dune, based on the novel by Frank Herbert. He was a stunt performer in the film and credited under the name Dickie Beer.

Beer was an assistant stunt coordinator on Paul Verhoeven's visceral sci-fi action film Starship Troopers in 1997.

In 2011, Beer was a stunt driver for the Michael Bay movie Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
