Biography[]
Dick Hutley was a news correspondent for the Ape Broadcasting System. He delivered news about an alleged space craft that crash-landed in a lagoon within the Forbidden Zone. According to witness testimony, relayed by Hutley, the space vessel contained intelligent humanoids. The broadcast of this report sparked immediate concern and the Lawgiver convened an emergency session of the Simian Supreme Council to discuss strategy.
