Dian Belmont is a fictional socialite and a supporting character featured in comic books published by DC Comics. She is associated with the character of Wesley Dodds, aka the Sandman, and first appeared in Adventure Comics #47 in February, 1940. She made recurring appearances in Sandman vignettes in that series and also made numerous appearances in Sandman Mystery Theatre, which was published under DC's Vertigo imprint from 1993 to 1999.
