The Department of Metahuman Affairs is a fictional organization featured in comic books published by DC Comics. They are primarily associated with the Shazam and Wonder Woman lines of titles and first appeared in the "Venus Rising" story from The Power of Shazam! #15 in June, 1996. The Department of Metahuman Affairs served as the backbone for Wonder Woman, Volume 3.

The Department of Metahuman Affairs is a government oversight committee and a subsidiary of the Department of Extranormal Operations. The group was led by Sarge Steel. Like the D.E.O., the function of the Department of Metahuman Affairs was to investigate domestic activities specifically involving metahumans. During a time when Princess Diana had relinguished the title of Wonder Woman, she became an agent for the Department. One of the organizations top agents is Tom Tresser, who also goes by the code name of Nemesis.
