Department H headquarters is a massive government facility with fifty above-ground stories, and thirty-five underground levels. It is outfitted with a satellite network which links to police bands world-wide as well as the UN's Security Council system as well as the Department's shared international superhuman datanet, making it one of the best international comm-systems in the world.
The Department is built with the latest high technology, with specific areas including a large flight deck and hangar bay, mechanics pool, medical facilities, research stations, computer science section, detention capacities, press conference room, and administrative and living quarters. - In The X-Men #94, Wolverine makes a reference to having worked with some people at Alpha Base. It is known that he was involved with Department H, so this may have been a reference to one of their facilities.
