Dovich is a fictional freedom fighter/terrorist and a minor recurring antagonist featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Biography[]
DeeDee was an African American female who was a freedom fighter and revolutionary that joined a group called the Flag Smashers, who wanted to maintain a mission of a "world without borders" in the wake of The Blip. She operated under the leadership of Karli Morgenthau, who had secretly aligned herself with the Power Broker. DeeDee was provided with a version of the Super Soldier Serum, which gave her increased strength, speed, and reflexes.
