Debra Sinclair is a fictional socialite and a minor character featured in comic books published by DC Comics. She first appeared in a flashback scene in JSA #70 in April, 2005.
Biography[]
Debra Sinclair was a wealthy socialite from the 1940s. By the year 1951, she was one of the wealthiest women in America. She used her power and privelege for nefarious means, and became the first to don the code name Roulette. Debra had an affair with Ned Sloane, the brother of Mister Terrific, Terry Sloane. They had a daughter named Veronica. Veronica Sinclair went on to become a crime lord in her own right, and also took to using the name Roulette.
