Biography[]
Nancy Loomis was the wife of Hank Loomis and mother of Billy Loomis, whom she had sometime around 1979. In the early 1990s, Nancy found out that Hank had been having an affair with Maureen Prescott, and as such, abandoned her husband and son. Traumatized by the absence of his mother, Billy Loomis (along with a fellow teenager named Stu Macher murdered Maureen Prescott. A year later, Billy murdered several more teenagers, but was killed by his own girlfriend, Sidney Prescott, who happened to be Maureen's daughter.
Nancy Loomis swore revenge against Sidney for killing her boy. She changed her name to Debbie Salt and became a reporter."Debbie Salt" became the architect of the Windsor College murders and worked with a film student named Mickey Altieri, reviving the "Ghostface" identity previously used by Billy Loomis and Stu Macher. While Mickey sought the limelight he would earn from an infamous murder trial, Nancy wanted nothing more than good old fashioned revenge.
Nancy always intended on taking Mickey out and framing him for all of the murders. When she finally revealed herself to Sidney Prescott, Gale Weathers and Cotton Weary, she shot Mickey, leaving him for dead. Cotton then shot Nancy, but afterward, Sidney Prescott finished Nancy off with a shot to the head, just for insurance's sake. [1]
