"Deus Ex Machina" is the title to the fifth issue of the Deathlok ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. It is the fourth and final chapter in the four-part "The Souls of Cyber-Folk" storyline. It was written by Dwayne McDuffie with artwork by Denys Cowan and inks by Mike Manley. It was colored by Gregory Wright and lettered by Ken Lopez. The story was edited by Tom Brevoort with Sarra Mossoff as assistant editor. This issue shipped with a November, 1991 cover date and carries a cover price of $1.75 per copy (US).
