"A Time to Say Farewell!" is the negative one, or "minus" issue of Daredevil, Volume 1 and is part of Marvel's "Flashback" themed issues of 1997. The issue was written by Joe Kelly with artwork by Gene Colan and inks by Matt Ryan. The cover was illustrated by Gene Colan and Bud LaRosa. Coloring was provied by Christie Scheele and the issue was lettered by Richard Starkings and Kolja Fuchs of Comicraft. It was edited by Jaye Gardner with Dan Hosek as asssitant editor. The issue shipped with an April, 1997 cover date and carried a cover price of $1.95 per copy (US).
