Biography[]

Daniel Hodges was a resident of Haddonfield, Illinois and was born in 1946. In 1963, when he was 17-years-old, Danny began dating fellow Haddonfield High School student Judith Myers. Danny came over to the Myers residence on Halloween night - a night when Judith was supposed to be babysitting her 6-year-old brother, Michael.

Instead of keeping an eye on Michael, Judith brought Danny up to her bedroom on the second floor for a bout of lovemaking. After they were done, Danny pulled on his shirt, walked downstairs and went home. He was the last person to ever see Judith Myers alive again. [2]

Moments later, Michael Myers went upstairs and murdered Judith, stabbing her multiple times with a butcher knife. The case was investigated by Sheriff Ron Barstow, who had difficulty believing that little Michael could have committed such an act and regarded Daniel Hodges as his prime suspect. [3]
