Mirage is a fictional comic book superhero and a key recurring character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and is associated with the X-Men line of titles. She first appeared in Marvel Graphic Novel #4 in November, 1982.

Mirage's real name is Danielle Moonstar. She is a young mutant from the Cheyenne Nation and one of the founding members of the New Mutants. She originally possessed the ability to generate intense illusions, but was stripped of her mutant powers following the effects of M-Day. She is also quite skill in the use of a bow and arrow.
