Daniel Hanley is a film editor and a member of the American Cinema Editors (A.C.E.). He is best known for his work with director Ron Howard, and has edited nearly all of Howard's work since 1982 including notable genre works such as the fantasy film Splash and the sci-fi family film Cocoon, which was released in 1985.
