Damage Control, also known as Damage Control, Inc., is a fictional business featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and first appeared in Marvel Comics Presents #19 in May 1989. A version of Damage Control was also represented in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The MCU version however was a government operation called the Department of Damage Control. It appeared in the 2017 feature film Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Damage Control was a construction business that specialized in clean-up and restoration of buildings and other structures that were damaged as a result of battle between costumed super-heroes and villains. The director of Damage Control was a woman named Anne Marie Hoag. The company's main offices were located in the Flatiron Building in Manhattan, New York City, New York
