Peebles[]
Peebles was a scientist who worked at S.T.A.R. Labs in Salt Lake City, Utah. He worked alongside noted scientists Tina McGee and Bill Schmitz, who had taken on the task of studying Wally West's super-speed powers. Peebles was present on the day that an electro-mechano creature known as the Kilg%re attacked S.T.A.R. Labs. (Flash Vol 2 3)
Penguin[]
The Penguin's real name is Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot. Gifted with a keen criminal mind, and an obsession with birds, he became a major underworld figure in Gotham City, often committing crimes himself, but also achieving his desires through the use of paid underlings. Many of the Penguin's crimes involve an avian theme of some kind. Though he is not much of a fighter, he can defend himself through the use of specially designed umbrellas, which can fire live rounds out of the end. The Penguin is one of the Batman's earliest and most notorious foes.
Punkus[]
Punkus is a planet from the Earth-S dimension. It is populated by a race known as Punkusians, who are anthropomorphic crocodile people. The villain known as Herkimer hailed from the planet Punkus. (Captain Marvel Adventures 22)
