Debra Sinclair[]
Debra Sinclair was a wealthy socialite from the 1940s. By the year 1951, she was one of the wealthiest women in America. She used her power and privelege for nefarious means, and became the first to don the code name Roulette. Debra had an affair with Ned Sloane, the brother of Mister Terrific, Terry Sloane. They had a daughter named Veronica. Veronica Sinclair went on to become a crime lord in her own right, and also took to using the name Roulette.
Doctor Charles[]
Doctor Charles was an administrator and researcher for the Department of Extranormal Operations (D.E.O.). He was part of a program aimed at tracking down and apprehending an elusive "ghost girl" being named Greta Hayes, who eventually became the adventurer known as Secret. Charles employed an agent named Lutwidge to help fulfill his goals. The teen super-heroes Robin, Superboy and Impulse helped keep Secret safe from the D.E.O. (Young Justice: The Secret 1)
