The Cyclone Kids are a fictional crime-fighting duo featured in comic books published by DC Comics. They originated during the Golden Age era and were introduced in All-American Comics #24 in March, 1941.

The Cyclone Kids are Huey "Dinky" Jibbet and Amelia "Sisty" Hunkel. Amelia was the daughter of Abigail Hunkel who was a costumed adventurer from the 1940s known as the Red Tornado. During Ma Hunkel's early exploits, Dinky and Sisty were only children. They served as the Red Tornado's sidekicks.
