Description[]
Crimson Dawn was a criminal cartel that was active during the years when the First Galactic Empire dominated the galaxy. It was secretly led by Maul - who was a former Sith Lord. The more public face of Crimson Dawn was Dryden Vos, who maintained operations aboard his flying yacht, the First Light. Crimson Dawn was part of a greater umbrella or organizations known as the Five Syndicates. Around the year 10 BBY, a former Corellian scumrat named Qi'ra became Dryden Vos' top lieutenant, and a master of the martial arts form known as Teräs Käsi. Qi'ra however, secretly reported directly to Maul, unbeknownst to Dryden Vos. With the death of Maul in 2 BBY, the Crimson Dawn became a splintered faction, with many of its operations being absorbed into other cartels.
