Season Four of the horror anthology streaming series Creepshow was developed by Greg Nicotero and produced by Cartel Pictures and Striker Entertainment in association with Monster Agency Productions and the Taurus Entertainment Company. Season four streamed on Shudder and consisted of six episodes with two vignettes per episode. All episodes dropped on Friday, October 13th, 2023.

- The Creepshow franchise was created by filmmaker George A. Romero and novelist Stephen King. Inspired by classic horror comic strips published by the likes of EC Comics, it was brought to the big screen as an anthology film in 1982. It produced two sequels, Creepshow 2 in 1987 and Creepshow 3 in 2006. Creepshow: The Series was developed by Greg Nicotero and produced by Cartel Pictures, Striker Entertainment, Monster Agency Productions and the Taurus Entertainment Company. It began streaming on Shudder on September 26th, 2019.
- This series contains strong language and scenes of graphic violence and is intended for mature audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.
- This season comprises episodes 18-23 of the series. It consists of vignettes 34-45.
- All six episodes of the season premiered on a Friday the 13th.
- Executive producer James Glenn Dudelson is credited as James Dudelson in this season.
- Executive producer Robert Franklin Dudelson is credited as Robert Dudelson in this season.
- Executive producer Eric Scott Woods is credited as Eric Woods in this season.
- Episode 4x06.1, "George Romero in 3D", pays homage to late filmmaker George A. Romero. Although Romero is best known for re-imagining the zombie concept with his seminal work in Night of the Living Dead, he is also the creator of the original Creepshow feature film in 1982. George Romero passed away on July 16th, 2017 at the age of 77.
- Jamie Flanagan, who directed "Twenty Minutes with Cassandra", is the brother of filmmaker Mike Flanagan, who is known for crafting horror themed streaming series such as The Midnight Club, Midnight Mass, and The Fall of the House of Usher. Actors Samantha Sloyan and Ruth Codd from "Twenty Minutes with Cassandra" have also made appearances on The Midnight Club and The Fall of the House of Usher.
- Directors Kailey & Sam Spear, who worked on "The Hat" and "Grieving Process" are twin sisters. They hail from Bowen Island in British Columbia, Canada.
- Director Justin G. Dyck, who directs "To Grandmother's House We Go" and "Cheat Code", is credited as Justin Dyck in this series. This is his first work on the program.
- Actor Tom Atkins, who plays Frank Cocrhan in "Something Burrowed, Something Blue", is also known for playing the father in the framing sequence to the original Creepshow. Tom Atkins is also known for playing Doctor Dan Challis in Halloween III: Season of the Witch in 1982. There is another character featured in that movie named Conal Cochran, who is played by actor Dan O'Herlihy.
