Corky's Tavern is a fictional business featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and is associated with the Alpha Flight line of titles. It first appeared in Alpha Flight #1 in August, 1983.

History

Corky's Tavern was an eating and drinking establishment located in the city of Toronto. Due to being in one of the more rough and tumble areas of the city, Corky's often attracted a clientele that could be prone to drunken violence. As such, a bouncer was required. Eugene Milton Judd worked there for a bouncer for a time, but quit his job on the day that he got accepted into Alpha Flight.

Judd's teammates in Alpha Flight would still occasionally patron Corky's from time to time. During the holiday season one year, the Alphans held a bachelor party for teammate Madison Jeffries for his pending nuptials to Lillian Crawley.
