Biography[]

Cordelia "Delia" Foxx, currently Cordelia Goode, as a child was left by Fiona Goode at Miss Robichaux's Academy, where she developed a motherly love for Myrtle Snow. Cordelia Foxx later became the idealistic headmistress of Miss Johnson's Academy. Robichaux is fiercely protective of the girls entrusted to her care. Faced with her larger-than-life mother, Fiona, Cordelia fought to maintain order amid the dark forces of chaos gathering at the school.

Powers and Skills[]

Cordelia is a natural witch from the Salem lineage. She grew up at Madame Robichaux's Academy and studied and developed her powers for years, so much so that she became a mentor to the students and director of the place. Initially, Cordelia appeared to be an ordinary witch, until she revealed herself as a Supreme, dominating all the Seven Wonders.

  • Telekinesis: One of the seven wonders, the magical ability to move things with the mind. The first time Cordelia demonstrated this power was when, with just a single wave, she managed to throw Kyle across the room as a way to stop the teasing between Madison and Zoe. When Cordelia went to test the seven wonders, she lifted a piano in mid-air.
  • Concilium: One of the seven wonders, the ability to bend the will of others and make them do what you want. It is commonly known as mind control. When testing this power, Cordelia made Queenie start dancing.
  • Divination: One of the seven wonders, the ability to obtain information about objects, places, people and events through indirect means. In the divination test, Cordelia was able to guess where a jewel that belonged to a previous supreme was just by touching pebbles.
    • Vision: Upon becoming blind, Cordelia ended up receiving the gift of vision, being able to have visions of past, present and future events when coming into physical contact with an object or person that carries the information. The first time she manifested this power, Cordelia saw that her husband was cheating on her. When Fiona put a necklace on Cordelia, she ended up touching her and had a vision about Myrtle's death. In Revelation, even after having regained her optical vision, Cordelia managed to remain with her visions, but manifesting them in dreams now, as when she had a vision of Michael destroying the world if he was not stopped.
    • Mediumship: By going to the spiritual plane, Cordelia was able to sense the souls of others. When she tried to rescue Queenie from the Hotel Cortez, she claimed she could feel the suffering of all the souls trapped there.
  • Pyrokinesis: One of the seven wonders, the magical ability to generate and control fire. Cordelia discovered this wonder when she lit a candle and, soon after, a fireplace. Upon becoming Supreme, Cordelia had to accept the responsibility of killing Myrtle at the stake for having killed Quentin and Cecily, setting the fire on fire with a wave of her hand. To put an end to the sorcerers' plan to kill the academy's witches with a poisonous powder, Cordelia reduced the poison to ashes with a jet of flame.
  • Transmutation: One of the seven wonders, the magical ability to move from one space to another in an instant without having to physically move. It is commonly known as teleportation. Upon returning from the descensum test, Cordelia quickly teleported behind Myrtle, demonstrating that she also mastered this power. To escape Michael during the academy raid, Cordelia, Myrtle, Madison, and Mallory teleported to Misty's swamp cabin.
  • Vitalum Vitalis: One of the seven wonders, the magical ability to control the balance of the scales between one vital force and another, being able to bring recently dead beings back to life. Cordelia was the one who brought Zoe back to life after the young woman died during the transmutation test, but fainted shortly afterwards due to the donation of vitality. Upon arriving at Outpost 3, Cordelia resurrected her witch students, Coco and Mallory, and the current voodoo queen, Dinah, with the intention of teaming up to defeat Michael. When Mallory was stabbed, Cordelia used vitalum vitalis to conserve her lifespan.
  • Descensum: One of the seven wonders, the ability to project your spirit out of your body and descend into the underworld, your personal hell. An incantation is required to access this power. Cordelia performed the descensum in her test of the seven powers, where in her private hell she tried to get her mother's approval and never succeeded. Already as Supreme, Cordelia could use this power in a more advanced way, being able to access other regions of hell, as was the case when she tried to save Queenie at the Hotel Cortez and when she went in search of Marie Laveau to ask for help.
