Continuum is a Canadian science fiction television program created by Simon Barry and produced by Reunion Pictures and Shaw Media. It began airing on May 27th, 2012 on GK-tv in Canada and on January 14th, 2013 on Syfy in the United States. The series stars Rachel Nichols as the main character, Kiera Cameron - a law enforcement "protector" from the year 2077, who is transported back in time to Vancouver, Canada of 2012 in pursuit of a group of fleeing rebels. The series also stars Erik Knudsen as Alec Sadler, Victor Webster as Carlos Fonnegra and Stephen Lobo as Matthew Kellog. Recurring supporting cast members on the series include Jennifer Spence, Tony Amendola, Richard Harmon and Lexa Doig.
