Biography[]
Colosso was a training robot utilized by the X-Men in their Danger Room sequences. Colosso's actions were secretly controlled by Professor X, who kept a control box underneath the blanket he used to cover his legs. During an exercise, Cyclops sussed out how Colosso was being operated, and had Marvel Girl use her telekinesis to snatch the control box from the professor.
When the new team of X-Men were first formed, Cyclops put them through their paces in the Danger Room. They faced up against a robot that may have been Colosso, though if it was, its design was slightly different than before.
