Colin Donnell is a television actor from St. Louis, Missouri. His first work in episodic television was playing a character named Mike Ruskin on four episodes of the ABC drama series Pan Am. He appeared in "Ich Bin Ein Berliner", "Truth or Dare", "Secrets and Lies" and "Diplomatic Relations".
In 2013, Colin received his first regular role in a series. He was cast as Tommy Merlyn on the CW Network superhero/action series Arrow. As Merlyn, Colin's character is BFFs with the main character from the series Oliver Queen, played by Stephen Amell.
