Cobra Commander's staff is a fictional item featured in the G.I. Joe multimedia franchise. Cobra Commander - leader of the Cobra terrorist organization possessed a walking staff as a symbol of his position. It was a golden-colored staff with the likeness of a cobra snake as its headpiece. Cobra Commander was consistently at odds with his rival, Destro. Following one particular argument, Destroy walked away from Cobra Commander, so Cobra Commander through the staff at him, striking him in the back of the head. Destro picked the staff up, walked it back over to Cobra Commander and crushed the headpiece before handing it back to him.
