Biography[]
Coach Schneider was a physical education teacher at Springwood High School. Known for having "a stick up his ass", Coach Schneider was very strict when it came to his students, in particular Ron Grady and Jesse Walsh. Following a fight between the two boys, Schneider made them do push-ups for an extended period of time. When he overheard them bad-mouthing him in the showers, he had them run laps around the field.
In his personal life, Coach Schneider was a homosexual, though this was hardly a secret to any of his peers. He was known for trolling gay bars and hanging out at establishments such as Don's Place. One evening, Schneider found the underage Jesse Walsh at the bar drinking a beer. He dragged him back to the high school where he made him run laps around the gym.
The dream demon known as Freddy Krueger had been slowly taking possession of Jesse and was using him as his personal instrument of death. Jesse channeled Freddy's powers and was able to use them to affect things in the real world. When Schneider went back to his office, Jesse/Freddy used his power to open up the equipment locker and assault him with a barrage of basketballs, tennis balls, dodge balls, etc. Two jump ropes sprang to life and wrapped around Schneider's arms, dragging him into the showers. After stringing him up to the shower heads, a towel began snapping itself across Schneider's back side. Jesse Walsh, wearing the trademark razor glove of Freddy Krueger, skewered him from behind, raking his claws down his back until he bled to death.
