The Cleansing Hour is an American independent feature film of the found footage and supernatural thriller subgenres of horror with an emphasis on demonic possession. It was directed by Damien LeVeck with a screenplay written by LeVeck and Aaron Horwitz, based on a story treatment by Horwitz. It was produced by Skubalon and premiered at the Strasbourg European Fantastic Film Festival in France on September 18th, 2019. Its first U.S. screening was at Fantastic Fest on September 19th, 2019.
