- The title of this episode is taken from Jennifer's Body, which is a 2009 horror film about a succubus directed by Karyn Kusama and starring Megan Fox.
- At one point Chucky says, "The most evil houses are always Dutch Colonials." This is an indirect reference to the infamous haunted house at 112 Ocean Avenue in Amityville, Long Island, which is a Dutch Colonial home. The house is the primary setting for the Amityville Horror film series.
- Chucky makes reference to the television series Twin Peaks in this episode.
- Nica Pierce details to the court how Jennifer Tilly forced her to watch Liar Liar repeatedly on a loop. Liar Liar is a 1997 comedy film starring Jim Carrey. Jennifer Tilly plays a major role in the film.
